Situated on the first floor, it is easily reached from the main entrance by a gentle ramp and only a few steps to the apartment. The spacious south facing balcony with views of Mount Guaza on the left, and the sea to the right, is well equipped with two lounger chairs, as well as a table and four comfortable chairs. Being south facing it is blessed with the sun from early morning until mid afternoon, but for those who prefer the shade there is a full size sun canopy.

Fitted out to a very high standard, the apartment features a spacious lounge which includes twin sofas, coffee and occasional tables, and a large display cabinet. The lounge has every creature comfort including a 28" TV/Satellite with DVD, VCR and music centre. The display cabinet houses crystal glasses and the finest quality china for those special occasions.

The luxury fitted bathroom is modern in design, has an overbath shower and vanity storage unit.

The bedroom has twin beds, two double wardrobes, side tables, mirror, drawer unit, as well as a ceiling fan to cool you on those warm nights. A small safe is fitted for your valuables
